1. Commercial License & Usage Rights
DFY Programs: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use "The Done-for-You Coaching System for Midlife Clients" within your own coaching business.
Editable Assets (Canva/Course Links): You are permitted to rebrand, customize, and edit the provided Canva templates and course content to fit your own brand style and audience. Once customized, you may incorporate these materials into your own paid programs, workshops, or courses.
Non-Editable Assets (PDFs): All PDF documents provided within the program are licensed for use "as-is" and are protected by copyright. You may provide these PDFs to your clients as part of your service; however, you may NOT edit, alter, or modify these PDF documents. You must retain all original branding and copyright information on these files, as they remain the sole intellectual property of Rebecca Francis/Laughing to Healing, LLC.
Restrictions: You may NOT resell or redistribute these materials as standalone products. You may NOT grant resell or licensing rights to your own clients. All original intellectual property remains the property of the Provider.

1. Mission-Driven Business Model
12Steps2Radiance™ is a for profit professional coaching and consultancy practice. The Founder, Rebecca Francis, operates this business with a primary social mission: to support young women in Moore County, North Carolina, who are aging out of foster care or are at risk of homelessness.
2. Commitment of Proceeds
Client acknowledges that 12Steps2Radiance™ operates on a “Profit First for Mission” model. It is the express intent of the Founder to allocate a significant portion of net profits (revenue remaining after all operational expenses, taxes, and cost of goods sold are met) toward supporting TambraPlace, a local nonprofit organization serving young women ages 18–24 who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, or transitioning out of foster care.
These contributions may support, but are not limited to:
• Housing and supportive services for young women served by TambraPlace.
• Life skills training, educational support, and therapeutic services.
• Expansion of TambraPlace’s residential capacity and programming.
3. Current Legal Status
12Steps2Radiance™ is a private, for profit business entity and is not a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Payments made for DFY Programs are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Any charitable giving made by the Founder to TambraPlace is voluntary and made after business revenue is received. Client purchases do not constitute donations and do not provide the Client with any tax deductible benefit.
4. Transparency & Growth
The Founder’s ability to contribute to TambraPlace is dependent on the commercial success and profitability of the business. By engaging in these services, the Client acknowledges they are purchasing DFY programs, and that their fees may indirectly support the Founder’s philanthropic commitment to TambraPlace.

TambraPlace serves young women ages 18–24 in Moore County, North Carolina, who have aged out of foster care or are at risk of homelessness. The organization provides a safe, nurturing, social learning environment designed to promote emotional, spiritual, social, and financial growth. TambraPlace offers housing, educational support, therapeutic services, and life skills development to help participants build independent, stable futures.
